This was a project that I worked on in gmp, where we encountered the problem that the linear form of the boundary conditions led to a stretched building geometry, which blocks the connections between public stream at west and the tranquil park at the east. In order to reunion such a connection, the building was elevated resembling a bridge. Therefore , only two base footpoints stand on site, forming a big public gate for people to reach the park from main road. The gate is four-story high. The upper part of the building is quite transparent, showing a contrast with the concrete base.
The project is finished in 2019, the acutal building looks stunningly beautiful.
